Illinois Utilities now have Accelerated Energy Efficiency Targets
Beginning in 2018, Com Ed will achieve 7.8% cumulative persisting annual electric savings. This number ramps up every year through 2030, at the end of which Com Ed will achieve 21.5% cumulative persisting annual savings. This doubles rate payer funded programs to $ 354 Million of incentives in 2018 and grows from there.
Illinois is forecasted to be in the top 5 states in regard to Energy Efficiency
